No Shoulds
I don’t like to be “should-ed.” It weighs on my mind; that thing out there undone. Or someone else “should-ing” you. That’s even weightier. I had a leaning on The Lord about it all this morning. He said, “It’s not about doing, it’s about being. Being connected to The Vine. When you are connected and just are, with no “should-s”, I will lead you. You won’t miss out on anything as long as you are connected to Me. Keep your eyes on Me. I’m the one who inspires you. Keep yielded to Me. Let Me take care of all the details. I’ve made you for a purpose and it’s gonna be fulfilled. You have everything to look forward to and nothing to lose. Stop fretting and making this about you. Make it all about Me. You will not be disappointed. Now go and be a light.” Now, I’m inspired! I have my orders to go “be.” That’s a lot easier. “God blesses those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will receive it in full.” Matthew 5:6.
